Mark your calendars, lovelies, because on October 8th, 2023, Drop Studio in Dublin 1 is hosting a Twerk 101 Beginners Twerkshop! That’s right, a whole workshop dedicated to learning the art of the twerk. I know, I know, some of you might be thinking, “Twerking? That’s not for me!” But trust me, it’s so much fun, and you might just surprise yourself! Plus, it’s a fantastic workout! Who needs the gym when you can shake what your mama gave you, right?
This workshop is perfect for absolute beginners. No experience necessary! The instructors will guide you through all the basic moves, from the booty bounce to the shake, and everything in between. They’ll break down the techniques so even the most rhythmically challenged (like, maybe me…sometimes!) can get the hang of it. The atmosphere will be super supportive and encouraging, so you don’t have to worry about feeling self-conscious. It’s all about having fun and letting loose!
